In my application Love Video Ringtone for Incoming Call, its main function is calling in which the user's call history is displayed. This function is the main function of our application, this function requires READ_CALL_LOG and READ_CALL_LOG permission. For this we use this permission. We guarantee that we do not store any kind of user data. Without this permission app didn't work properly. So, I request you to please allow my app with this permission.

- Call Log information. We are display call log information to verify the caller id of the incoming number and to check if the phone number is potential spam. Application accesses and processes phone numbers of, and duration of, incoming and outgoing calls from Call Log and contact lists with Your explicit consent, to be able to provide You with dialer experience. Call log information will not be collected and stored on our secure servers.

Right to Access/ Right to Know – you have the right to confirm whether and know the Personal Data we collected on you. You can exercise your right by reviewing this Privacy Policy, in case you would like to receive the Personal Data please fill in the DSR Form to receive a copy of your data.
Right to Correction – you have the right to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, taking into account the nature of the Personal Data and the purposes of the processing of your Personal Data. You can exercise this right directly through your account or by filling in the DSR Form.
Right to Deletion – you have the right to delete the Personal Data, this right is not absolute and in certain circumstances we may deny such request. We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our processors to take similar action. If you would like to delete your Personal Data please fill in the DSR Form. You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request to know or delete.
Right to Portability – you have the right to obtain the Personal Data in a portable, and to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance. If you would like to receive the Personal Data please fill in the DSR Form. To receive a copy of your data we will select a format to provide your Personal Data that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
Right to Opt-Out from Selling Personal Data – you have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Data for the purposes of targeted advertising, sale to a third party for monetary gain, or for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you or any other consumer. You may authorize another person acting on your behalf to opt out, including by broad technical tools, such as DAA, NAI, etc. The L.S Mobile does not sell your Personal Data, so we do not offer an opt out. The L.S Mobile may “share” Personal Data with third parties for personalized advertising purposes. You may indicate your choice to opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Data with third parties for personalized advertising on third party sites as detailed in Section 9 "Your Rights". To opt out from the use of cookies on our website, please click the “do not sell or share my personal information” in the footer of the website which will enable you to customize the use of cookies on our website.
Right to Opt-Out from Targeted Advertising – you have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Data for the purposes of targeted advertising, sale to a third party for monetary gain, or for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you or any other consumer. You may authorize another person acting on your behalf to opt out, including by broad technical tools, such as DAA, NAI, etc. We do not profile you, thus we do not need to provide an opt-out.
Right to Appeal – if we decline to take action on your request, we shall so inform you without undue delay, within 45 days of receipt of your request. The notification will include a justification for declining to take action and instructions on how you may appeal. Duty not to violet the existing laws against discrimination or non-discrimination – such discrimination may include denying a good or service, providing a different level or quality of service, or charging different prices. We do not discriminate our Users.
* Call Log Data:
The app requests permission to access your device's call log through the Android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG and android.permission.WRITE_CALL_LOG permissions. This access is necessary to provide you with features such as call history and call recording. We use this information solely to enable these functionalities within the app and do not store or transmit this data to any third parties.
Default Phone: To set default dialer and call screen
Call Log – only if you use our Caller ID App you will need to accept the "call log" permission. We use this permission to identify your callers, including if this caller is active in the last 6 months for the purpose of detect spam and fraud, accuracy and making sure the number is actually associated with a caller and is not a bot or otherwise a spammer. Any Android or iOS permissions need to be affirmatively enabled through in-app permission or the mobile settings. You may disable the permissions at any time, but depending on the permission you disable, a feature or all features may not function properly.
* Log Data
We do not collect any log data from users of the "Phone Calls & Dialer" app other than the call log data mentioned above.
* We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
1. Types of Data Collected. Personal Data While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address, Phone number, Cookies and Usage Data.
2. Usage Data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
3. Tracking & Cookies Data. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service. * Data collected and for which purposes: We collect your full name, phone number and email address, payment information, log-in details (e.g primary account, internal account), information stored on your device phonebook directory, call logs, and SMS messages (e.g. phone number, email address and name of your contacts), your approximate geolocation (via Wi-Fi or cellular technology in your device, including, country), internet protocol (IP) address and other unique device identifiers and descriptions, and any other information that you will decide to provide/supply us with, to be able to: (i) provide you with the Services, (ii) contact the Users of the App for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance, support, handle requests and complaints and collect feedback in connection with performance of the Services, (iii) provide you with and to operate the Service, including for statistical and research purposes and creation of aggregated anonymous data, (iv) personalize the Service and content provided to you, (v) customize your experience with the Services, to suggest recommendations based on your preferences and to enable you to retrieve your Personal Information, (vi) develop, improve and customize the Service, the experience of other Users and the offering available through the Service, and (vii) customize and improve our Service's accuracy and interface.
Data collected and for which purposes: If made available by Drupe in your territory and by your operating system, you can choose to share with us the names, numbers and e-mail addresses contained in your device's address book, call logs, and SMS messages ("Contact Information"), for the purpose of providing the Caller Identification Functionality. Please note that we do not collect, save, nor display any information about the identity of the sources or network connection relating to your contacts (i.e., this means that once you provided your Contact Information to Drupe, we will not save the fact that any of these contacts have been originally provided by you). The Caller Identification Functionality, which includes, associating a name with a phone number through the name tagging functionality, allows a User who receives a call from a phone number, which is not associated with a name in the App database, to indicate a name to be associated with that number. Drupe uses algorithmic methodologies to improve the reliability of the Caller ID feature, taking into account the number of sources, to support caller identification
* Contacts:
The app requests permission to access your device's contacts through the android.permission.READ_CONTACTS and android.permission.WRITE_CONTACTS permissions. This access enables features such as dialing from your contact list and displaying contact information within the app. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.
- Contact list information. We are uploading contact list information to improve our services by storing this data into our caller id directories. This information will be collected and stored on our secure servers.
- Call Log information. We are uploading call log information to verify the caller id of the incoming number and to check if the phone number is potential spam. Application accesses and processes phone numbers of, and duration of, incoming and outgoing calls from Call Log and contact lists with Your explicit consent, to be able to provide You with dialer experience. Call log information will not be collected and stored on our secure servers.
- Other information that you may provide. You may provide us with various information with your interaction with our services. Once you block a phone number and report that phone number as spam or some other attribute to be included in spam blocking directories this information will be collected and stored on our secure servers.
- Once you receive or send a phone call we will send this information to our servers to check the number against our spam and caller id directory. However these numbers that are sent are not stored on our servers.
Contact List - In order to provide our Services, you will need to share your full contact list with us and provide with the permissions to access your contact list. The Services include enrichment, management, backup, verification, deletion of duplication of your contact list address book or a caller ID. For this, we will need your contact list. Our lawful basis is contract necessity in order to provide you with our Services. However, when we use this information through the Caller ID App, we will also use the contact list for identifying callers, this is subject to our legitimate interest in detecting spam and fraud callers.
SHARING DATA:
We may share information solely in the following events:
Third Party Service Providers: we share all data with cloud providers for hosting purposes. We further share the Non-User Personal Data with Lusha Systems Ltd., (“Lusha”) our service provider and parent company. The purpose for sharing this data is to provide the enrichment and authentication features. Sharing Between Caller ID Users: To provide and improve our Caller ID App Services, we will share certain information with other Users of our Caller ID App Services, as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and for performance of certain features of our Services based on our legitimate interest. Meaning, we may use the information provided by a User to identify a caller of a different User.
Legal Requirement: We may share information in order to protect legal rights (including intellectual property rights) or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Information Collected through the Service
We take your privacy very seriously. The application NEVER collects your typed text, credit card numbers, passwords or any other sensitive information. We may collect non-personal identification information about installed applications, application usage information and device information.
Use of Collected Information
We use the information we gather through the Service to help us better understand how the Service and our products and services are being used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we are able to better design the Service and our products and services to improve your experience. We may also use this information for commercial and marketing purposes.
How your Information may be Disclosed
We disclose your information to third parties, that is parties other than BHAVIK. We may share your information with subsidiaries, partners and affiliates that we work with, own or control, but only if those entities are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).
Sensitive Information
We ask that you not send us, and you not to disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
Advertisement in Application
We use advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.
Third Party Sites
In general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Facebook, as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. Users with whom you share your Information
We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
